2014 年「太陽花學運」造就一波青年返鄉參政熱潮；十年後，他們繼續在地方政治的江湖裡，奮力對抗。這三個年輕人因為機緣與理想，生命產生了交集，也相互牽動著參與政治的道路。最終，他們的夢想、生活總是在驚濤駭浪中，慢慢找到一個安適的所在。

獨立紀錄片《民主，練習中》見證從太陽花到青鳥的十年珍貴民主世代，記下幾位青年在太陽花事件後，回鄉投入地方選舉的故事。他們有些人放棄高薪回鄉參政，曾短暫打破地方勢力的高牆，卻在民氣散去後被重新淹沒。這些主角們的人生轉捩點，也是你我的生活寫照。這是一個充滿噪音的年代，更是一個民主脆弱的時代。只有一起，我們才能切開噪音，讓希望現形。 

The 2014 Sunflower Movement sparked a wave of young people returning to their hometowns to enter politics. Ten years later, they continue to fight hard in the turbulent arena of local politics. Brought together by chance and shared ideals, these three young people’s lives became intertwined, each influencing the other’s path in politics. In the end, amid the surging tides of challenges, their dreams and lives gradually found a place of solace.
